The overall experience with Getifree has been average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found that some of the offers and deals were not as great as they appeared. The customer service was responsive and helpful, but I felt that they could have been more proactive in addressing my concerns. Overall, I would say it's an okay website, but there is definitely room for improvement.
