I recently purchased air quality sensors from a well-known company in the industry. The sensors are of high quality and provide accurate readings. The setup process was fairly straightforward and I didn't encounter any major issues. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and the support provided was not very helpful. Overall, I am satisfied with the product but disappointed with the customer service.
