My experience with State Bank of Florence has been a mixed bag. On one hand, I appreciate their competitive interest rates and the ease of setting up an account. However, I have encountered a few issues with their customer service department. There have been instances where my queries were not adequately addressed. It's a decent bank overall, but there is room for improvement.
