I cannot even get a return call. I have worked with the Service Dept in the recent past and had a mediocre experience. Given that and needing service at present, I called directly into the Service Manager Brian. I left 2 voicemail messages 2 weeks ago with no response. I called in earlier this week and spoke with Chris, a Service Rep, who took a message for Brian to return my call after getting no response to a page for Brian and my holding for over 5 minutes. I expressly told Chris that I was disappointed that Brian had not returned my previous voicemail messages and - I'm STILL WAITING ... or not. I belong to a large Mini Cooper Club in Central Florida and will find another avenue. Good luck!
