Before talking to Vaughan at Acclaimed Home Loan, we have met so many different brokers from the best to the second best firm on the market and struggled to find the one suit our criteria. Vaughan is the best broker we have met and worked with. He provided an excellent customer experience and resource that helped us to learn more about the investment and how the bank or lender mindset work. Vaughan did not just let us open an account with any lender rather than the best and ignored us as we have experienced elsewhere. He took care of us and building up the relationship as well as friendship with his customers which is hard to see from the broker in the big firm. He worked with us carefully and didn't feel bothered at all by our silly questions or rapidly changing circumstance. I don't know how much we can say thank to him to help us secure our loan in such a short time with the maximum effort.
