I had an average experience at Steve's Camera Service Center, INC. The staff was friendly, but the repair of my camera took longer than expected. The communication was not very clear, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. However, they did eventually fix my camera, and the prices were fair. Overall, it was an average experience.
