Incredibly unprofessional and disorganized. Your event will be handled very poorly which will reflect negatively on your brand. Unfortunately, the owner Nick is severely lacking in customer service skills. Perhaps they would do better with smarter, stronger management. I urge you to find another PR firm for representation.
