I had an average experience with Alpha Physiques LLC. The trainers were knowledgeable, but I expected more personalized attention. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which was a plus. However, the group classes were overcrowded, making it hard to get individualized instruction. Overall, it was an alright experience.
