The four star amenities mentioned at the time of the call to book the resort is quite a business strategy.
Good rooms, neat & clean, food okay,
but ..
At any resort, even the first reception of a guest does not come here..
The power went off more than three times, and there wasn't even a phone connection to call it.
There is WiFi but they don't know the password.
When we went to have indoor games, we saw a carrom board sitting on top of a table tennis board in a corner of a hall.
There was dirt in the swimming pool.
The pipe for cleaning the after bath was empty.
For the first time, staying at the resort can be a good experience.
But please do not mislead any guest by making it a big event with these small facilities.
