The service provided by Kanata Licensing Inc. is average at best. While their website, othava.com, is easy to navigate, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff seems indifferent to customer needs and often takes a long time to respond. I have also noticed a decline in the quality of their products. Overall, I am not impressed.
