Core Body Pilates LLC is a wonderful place to practice pilates. The instructors are highly experienced and provide excellent guidance and support. The classes are challenging but fun, and I always leave feeling stronger and more energized. The studio is clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.
