I have been a customer of Birdstone Collective Pty Ltd for a while now, and I have to say their service is average. While they do have some good products, their customer support could definitely be improved. There have been several instances where I had to wait a long time to get a response to my queries. However, I appreciate the effort they put into resolving issues when they do respond. Overall, my experience with Birdstone Collective Pty Ltd has been mixed.
