Terrible service. I sent my tax return paper on Feb. 4, 2020, and IRS did not receive yet my and my sons envelopes. This happened few times, with my boxes, packages and now an important envelopes. There is always two ppl working, I like the girl , when she provided services I had no problems, but when the old man provides services, always issues and problems. Management should check that guy and do investigation, check cameras or so, what exactly he is doing. I turned in my taxes paper, envelopes on Feb 4, 2020 ! I am going to find out what his name on Monday and will right here, so other customers will know!
