I had a mixed experience with Cs. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, the overall quality fell short of my expectations. The website, sadria.com, was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the customer support was lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they finally did, the answers were not helpful. I hope Cs can improve their customer service to provide a better experience for their customers.
