I recently had the opportunity to work with a communication agency and production studio, and I must say I had an average experience. The company's website was well-designed and easy to navigate, providing ample information about their services.

The communication with the team was satisfactory, as they responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. However, I found that the level of creativity and innovation in their work was lacking. The final product did not meet my expectations, and it felt quite generic.

On the positive side, the team was professional and polite throughout the process. They tried their best to accommodate my requests, but it just didn't quite hit the mark.

Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of their creativity and quality of work. Despite this, their professionalism and prompt communication are commendable.
