The customer service at Sendex express is average....

The customer service at Sendex express is average. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered within 3 days, but it took a whole week. It was frustrating, to say the least. However, the package did eventually arrive in good condition. I hope they can improve their delivery times in the future.
