I recently purchased some wood from this company and I have to say, I had a fairly average experience. 👍 The website was easy to navigate and find the products I needed, but the ordering process felt a bit slow and outdated. 😕 The customer service was satisfactory, but not exceptional. They were helpful in answering my questions, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond. 🤷‍♂️ The quality of the wood I received was decent, but I did notice a few imperfections and some pieces were slightly warped. 😐 Overall, my experience with this company was okay, but not outstanding. If you're in need of lumber and looking for an average option, this company might be worth considering.
