Novotel & hicc is a pretty average hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but nothing special. The food at the restaurant was mediocre at best. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not overly so. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again.
