I recently used the services of this company for water damage restoration in my home. The technicians arrived promptly and seemed knowledgeable about the process. However, I found the communication with the office staff to be a bit lacking, and there were some delays in getting updates on the progress of the restoration. Additionally, the final result was satisfactory but not exceptional. The team did manage to restore the affected areas, but I felt that some attention to detail was lacking. Overall, the service was average, and while the job was completed, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer communication and quality of work.
