As a student, I rented a property from this company for the past year. The location of the property was very convenient for me, close to campus and local amenities. The maintenance team was responsive and fixed any issues promptly. I appreciated the convenience of online rent payments and the ease of communicating with the management team. However, I did encounter some challenges with the cleanliness and upkeep of the common areas, which could have been better maintained. Additionally, the noise level from neighboring units was sometimes disruptive to my studies. Overall, it was an average experience with this company.
