I recently purchased a vacuum-insulated water bottle from this company's website. I appreciate the sleek design and the durable construction of the bottle. However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service response time and lack of follow-up during the shipping process. 🙁 Additionally, I found the website navigation to be a bit confusing, and it took me a while to find the specific product I was looking for. On the positive side, the product quality is good, and it keeps my drinks at the desired temperature. Overall, the experience was average, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and website usability.
