I recently used this company for a design project, and I found the experience to be quite average. The website was user-friendly and had a good range of services, but I felt that the actual designs lacked a bit of creativity and originality. 😐 The customer service was polite, but not overly knowledgeable or helpful. Overall, I think the company has potential but could benefit from more innovative design concepts and a more skilled and proactive customer service team.
