I recently engaged with a consulting company to develop a new marketing strategy for my business. While the company's website was informative and contained helpful resources, the overall experience was average. The communication from the consultant was sometimes slow, and I felt that the recommendations provided did not fully align with my business goals. The expertise of the consultant was apparent, but I was hoping for a more customized approach that specifically addressed my needs. The pricing was fair, but I believe more transparency about the process would have been beneficial. Overall, the company provided a satisfactory service, but there is room for improvement in tailoring the consulting services to individual client needs.
