Overall, I received a good car for a good price from a friendly and attentive salesperson. Sales people were attentive and friendly during the sale ensuring the deal closed. There were 2 problems: 1. once I agreed to purchase the car, I had to wait for 1.5 hours for a sales manager to come available to execute the paperwork. 2. The salesperson, Shelby Butcher, informed me I would receive 12 months of XM Radio with the purchase of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I called XM to activate my membership, XM Radio informed me that I only get 3 months with my purchase unless someone from AutoNation informs XM Radio otherwise. In reaching out to my salesperson, she has not returned a single call, txt or e-mail regarding the matter despite receiving numerous e-mails and texts to please refer my friends.

I won't complain about the price or the professionalism leading up the sale as it was a straightforward process, but the after the sale experience is severely lacking.
