Supervisor and lead must be trained to know how to approach people,they must speak a fluent English so we can understand what s going on and no talk between them in a foreign language.Thats very unprofessional and disrespectful.A lot of favoritism!! Specially in Mx2. ROTATE YOUR PEOPLE,same faces outside all the time..we all came to work hard and if we are here all of us should be able to do anything don t matter the years that they been working for the company or how old you are.If you are getting paid the same you should be able to do the same.
