I had a mixed experience volunteering at the Manchester Creative & Media Academy. Overall, it was average. The tasks assigned were interesting, but the workload was sometimes overwhelming. The team was supportive, but the communication lacked clarity. Despite the challenges, I learned a lot from this experience and would recommend it to others.
