They are not helpful in any way. I do not recommend the brand, which I regret that most of the General Mobile users already bought. The experience I had at Izmit Telpa, I went, I said the problems on my phone, 1 hour later, they said come, they said that my problems were solved if they did NOT do anything. I didn't go anymore, my house is far away. I say clearly from here I do not halal my right. Nobody should go here and argue, fight and get into trouble. Because they really deserve a nice stick. Money is not easy to earn. GM 5 Plus is a garbage phone.
