All these great reviews (coincidentally written in the last two weeks) need to be flagged as they are clearly fake. I have yet to hear anything but horror stories about Best & Company.
The company is currently being sued by numerous homeowners for taking clients money and failing to do the work, and by over a dozen subcontractors for failing to pay for work performed.
If you search the NY courts website* you will find over twenty-five such claims against Best & Company - including allegations of outright theft and fraud. It s terrible that people can pay companies to generate fake positive reviews for them, especially where it could result in more people losing their money to this disreputable company.

*Search google for New York ECF filings and look up cases involving Best & Company as well as Design Development NYC , which is their legal name, and sort results by most recent. Separately, you can search the NY Civil Docket to see claims for amounts under 25k.
