I recently discovered Artissan and decided to give them a try. The overall experience was decent. Their products are of good quality, but the prices are a bit on the higher side. The website was easy to use and the checkout process was smooth. However, the customer service could have been better. It took some time to get a response to my inquiries. In the end, it was an average experience.
