Our overall experience here at Shangri-la was amazing!! The service was over the top. Everyone were super nice and friendly. We didn't have any issue. Unfortunately we didn't get to explore everything that the hotel has to offer, but we will definitely come back here the next time we visit. Anyone that is going to stay at this hotel will not regret checking into here. One of the best hotel we have ever stayed at!!
