I have been a customer of Twin Films for several years and I must say their service has been consistently average. The quality of their films is decent, but I feel like there is room for improvement. The customer support team is friendly and helpful, but sometimes their response time can be a bit slow. Overall, I wouldn't say Twin Films is a bad company, but they definitely have some areas they can work on.
