As a Pilates teacher myself, I m keenly aware of both the quality of teaching at a studio, as well as how the space itself, the equipment, and the overall vibe will shape my lesson. This place has it all. Although not my home studio, I ve been taking Private lessons here with Melanie, as well as the occasional class, for about five years (one sometimes wants to workout, not at one s workplace ). Melanie has an incredible eye for detailed adjustments and I always leave feeling stronger and more connected. The other instructors are also very skilled, and it s clear they love what they do. Come here for great Classical Pilates work on original Gratz equipment and for the latest contemporary classes on the Oov (try it you ll love it)!
