I had a pretty mixed experience with Hot Elements....

I had a pretty mixed experience with Hot Elements. The service was average at best. The staff seemed friendly enough, but they didn't go above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The food was decent, but nothing to write home about. The atmosphere was nice though, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, I'd say it was an average dining experience.
