If there were 0 stars i would leave that. This company has zero customer service, in fact, in leaving 6 voice mails over the course of 3 weeks we did not receive one call back. I hope this company goes bankrupt and out of business because that is what they deserve. Terrible, terrible, terrible company without any respect towards the customer. After 3 weeks we were still unable to receive a copy of the master policy!
