I've been involved with Lean in at the University of Michigan for a while now, and I must say it's an impressive organization. The support and encouragement I've received from the Lean in UM community is unparalleled. The workshops they conduct are highly informative and help in personal and professional growth. Overall, Lean in UM is doing a fantastic job!
