I had a mixed experience with Kibs inc. While their website kibsinc.com was easy to use and had helpful information, the customer service left much to be desired. It took longer than expected to get a response to my queries, and the support staff was not very helpful. Overall, I feel that Kibs inc has potential but needs to work on improving their customer service.
