I recently purchased some wool products and I am satisfied with the overall experience. The products I received were of good quality, and the customer service was satisfactory. However, I found the website, wooltexpro.com, a bit hard to navigate. It would be great if they could improve the user interface. Nonetheless, I would recommend Wooltexpro for their decent wool products.
