My sons and I had lunch here yesterday. Arrived a little after 1pm and was seated in about 5 minutes. The restaurant is crowded with tables too close and it has an air of being run down. It had an old, musty smell upstairs where we were directed to wait. The waitress was very inattentive and gave off an impression that she didn't want to be bothered. All 3 if us ordered the ribeye, not one was cooked right. My oldest son's med was dark red through 3/4 of the steak, that's med rare. Mine and my younger son's were supposed to be med rare but was red and raw looking through 3/4 with so much blood it was covering the plate, that's rare. My steak was 1/4 fat and gristle. Our salads were nothing but a bowl of lettuce with one tiny tomato per bowl. For almost $27.00 I expected way better. The fries my son got were room temp and tasted like they'd been cooked a long time before they were ordered. The mashed potatoes were actually perfect. I've been told for over 30 yrs that Cattleman's was the best steakhouse in Oklahoma but Texas Roadhouse has them beat by far and the price is better for better service. Not sure why people rave about this restaurant but I'll never return and will never again recommend it. Cattleman's you need to do a lot better if you're going to charge the prices you do. Total waste of an hour, 30 miles traveling time and $110.00. Not sure why I gave the waitress a $20.00 tip because she definitely didn't deserve it.
P.S. I can tell that Cattleman's doesn't give a fig about their poor service and low quality food by the fact that they don't address any of the comments. Sad!
