I knew what i was getting into when I took high interest loan but within 3 months of taking it covid hit. They would do nothing to help. I continued to make full payments all through covid at 102% interest and then came through with a consolidation loan to pay it off. When I submitted full payment it did not go through my bank. I had made a one time payment with the same bank that I had made before but this time the routing and bank account was in different spots and i did make the mistake of putting them in backwards. I called so many times, they called me, i begged them to look into what the problem was. They never said the payment was rejected, just said they would push the payment through. 40 days later they say lets just make another payment and we find out why it didn't go through and even though for a month they promised not to charge interest they charged me another $9,500 and didn't even split the difference. There are way better companies like CFG Merchants and FundBox that work with you and the programs are easier.
