I had a pretty average experience with Hrquadrant. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and when they finally did, the responses were not very helpful. Overall, it was a decent experience but nothing exceptional.
