I've been a customer of Kala Sangam for several years now and I must say, their services have been consistently average. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. However, I do feel that there is room for improvement when it comes to their website. It could be more user-friendly and visually appealing. Overall, I would give them an average rating.
