Im booking this hotel directly by phone to hotel on 15 may 2021. And i got room 1214. The rooms have a bad smels, and AC not cold.. allready called technisian 2 times and not solved. And called receptions only waiting 1 hours without solutions untill 11 PM. Very bad hotels. This night i should be sleep with hot rooms and smels bad.
