I usually receive stellar service from Minuteman Press, but my first interactions with the West Loop location have been awful. In the past month, I've attempted to reach its team for two separate projects. I've received no response to multiple phone calls and estimate requests online. It's as if the entire store has gone dark. I ended up finding another local printer for my employer's printing needs but am very disappointed that my attempts to do business with this store have been completely ignored. If you need a quick print job, good luck with this place.
