I've been a homeowner in Tern Bay for a few years now and have been generally satisfied with the homeowners association. They do a good job of keeping the neighborhood well-maintained and addressing any issues that arise. There is room for improvement in communication, but overall, Tern Bay Homeowners Association, INC is doing a decent job.
