Shortly before arrival the bad surprise: Check in should only be possible at 5:30 p.m. instead of 2:00 p.m., all "goodies" in the room must be picked up at the reception and breakfast must be pre-ordered and eaten in the room. E-mails are not answered and I have canceled the booking. The measures are due to COVID, but act more like austerity measures. The virus will hardly be stopped if I arrive at 5:30 p.m. instead of 2:00 p.m.?
