I have been trying to rectify an overcharge on my card that was not supposed to have occurred. For one week I have written, three times, called just as many, and still over $900 in misappropriated funds remains on my charge, even though all whom I have talked to "assure" me it will be taken care of. ONE WEEK LATER, no action has been taken.

The only reason I have not canceled the four rooms I have reserved for a journalism convention is that I do not want to disappoint my students. But I find the customer service at this hotel incompetent at best, outrageous at most.
