As for the hotel, the rooms cannot be faulted at all of the high standard. However, as for the service, which should be the showpiece of a hotel of this level, the bottom line, the Lord at the reception is very arrogant, even insolent, and this is not the first time. I have been a frequent visitor to this hotel, but unfortunately as far as the staff is concerned, the hotel does not meet for sure 5 * and goes very downhill. /
