First time going to the Dubois one, and I got my usual order of the steakhouse dip and half of it was pure blood through it. When I go to state college or Altoona Hoss's it is always fully cooked. They refused to do anything. They refused to give me another cooked one or even a discount since I could only eat half my meal. Absolutely awful service. They wouldn't do anything to fix the issue.
