FitIntegrate is a good company overall. They have a wide range of fitness products and services. However, their customer service could be improved. I had an issue with a product I purchased and it took them a while to resolve it. But once they did, they were very helpful and polite. I would recommend FitIntegrate to others, but I hope they work on their customer support.
