I signed a contract to take care of my properties ...

I signed a contract to take care of my properties with them. I have taken my properties back within a month or a little more. They are not responsible. And i was told dont worry we will take care of all. They did not take care of anything. And i left a float money so when i am abroad they could pay for the maintenance issues if it were in my obligation to pay and not the tenants. They immediatly brought out a bill of the exact same amount of the float money for maintanance when they took over.

I wanted a refund tons of excuses. Months of delay.
And i did not get refund.

Dont waste your time or your money. When we spoke i was told, there are companies who do management for 2% but not as professional as us... etc etc. I should have given it to someone else for 2%. Who are worth my time and have aim of earning for us both.
